Jarné trendy v nechtovom dizajne

Spring has sprung, and with all of the fun spring fashions out there right now, don’t forget your nails!

Here are some of the Spring 2013 nail trends we’re most looking forward to:

Pale – Think white, nude, and blush. These barely-there hues are the perfectly chic complement to any outfit. White make you feel a little too much like having white-out on your fingers? Try out the endless shades of nude instead.

Gray – Haven’t you heard? Gray is the new neutral. It’s chic, elegant, and just the right amount of edgy. From dark gray to the palest whisper of gray, this shade will match with just about anything you’re wearing.

Candy-Colored Pastels – Spring 2013 is all about sugary sweet pastels from clothes to accessories, to nails. Lavender, mint, baby blue, and even yellow all make an appearance this spring as top nail colors to try. The sweeter the color, the trendier.

Think Green – The Pantone Color of the Year for 2013 is Emerald Green which makes this shade hot hot hot. Check out versions of this hue from OPI, Essie and Sonia Kashuk – and, if you’re feeling adventurous, this one from Zoya that makes it look like you painted your nails with grass (seriously), cashing in on both the green and textured trends.

Textures/Finishes – Nails go wild this spring with a variety of textured polishes hitting the markets. From Deborah Lippman’s speckled polish, to Nails, Inc’s feathered and leather-like texture, the sky’s the limit for nail couture.

Metallic – The more shine and glitter, the better. Really make your nails pop this spring with metallic. This is a trend that’s around to stay for a while.

Dual-tones – Always wished you lived in the Studio 54-era? Well, you’re in luck. From contrasting lines to different colored tips, two-toned nails are all the rage. Try a nude and a neon, or two shades in the same color family, one dark, one light, or layer a metallic on top of a solid.
